1. DEFINITIONS

35bmw reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. You agree to provide such documents promptly upon request. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

Verification procedures may include KYC (Know Your Customer) checks, anti-money laundering (AML) screening, and other compliance measures required by applicable regulations. Processing times for withdrawals may be extended pending completion of verification procedures.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activities conducted through your Account shall be deemed to have been authorized by you.

You must immediately notify 35bmw customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach. 35bmw shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account prior to notification.

4.4 Account Information Updates

You agree to keep your Account information accurate and up-to-date. If your contact information, payment details, or other Account information changes, you must update your Account profile immediately through the Website or by contacting customer support.

5. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

5.1 Deposit Methods

35bmw accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, cryptocurrency, and other payment methods as displayed on the Website. All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) or the equivalent in accepted cryptocurrencies. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as specified on the Website for each payment method.

5.2 Processing Times

Most deposit methods credit your Account balance instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your financial institution's processing times. 35bmw is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.3 Deposit Source Verification

You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account originate from legitimate sources and belong to you. 35bmw reserves the right to conduct source of funds checks and request documentation proving the origin of deposited funds. Deposits from third-party accounts, stolen payment methods, or illicit sources are strictly prohibited.

5.4 Fees and Charges

5.5 Deposit Errors

If you believe a deposit error has occurred, you must notify 35bmw customer support within forty-eight (48) hours of the transaction. 35bmw will investigate deposit discrepancies and resolve them in accordance with our records and those of the payment processor.

6. WITHDRAWALS AND PAYOUTS

6.1 Withdrawal Methods

6.4 Wagering Requirements

6.5 Withdrawal Verification

6.6 Withdrawal Cancellation

You may cancel a pending withdrawal request before it has been processed. Once a withdrawal has been approved and sent to your payment provider, it cannot be reversed or cancelled.

6.7 Inactive Account Fees

Accounts with a positive balance that remain inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of PHP 500 or five percent (5%) of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the Account is reactivated or the balance is depleted.

7. BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS

7.1 Bonus Eligibility

7.7 Bonus Terms Amendment

8. GAMEPLAY RULES

8.2 Game Malfunctions

8.3 Betting Limits

8.4 Sports Betting Rules

8.6 Disconnections

9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 35bmw platform. Engaging in prohibited activities may result in immediate Account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or using more than one Account. Each Player is permitted only one Account.
• Underage Gambling: Using the Services if you are under twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false identity information, or engaging in any form of fraud or deception.
• Money Laundering: Using the 35bmw platform to launder money or conduct illegal financial transactions.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other Players to gain unfair advantage, sharing Account information, or engaging in chip dumping or other collusive behavior.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to play games or place bets.
• Exploiting Errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, game malfunctions, or payment processing errors for financial gain.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with your payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with 35bmw customer support.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the source code of 35bmw software or games.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your Account credentials with any third party or allowing others to access your Account.
• Offensive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward 35bmw staff, dealers, or other Players.
• Arbitrage Betting: Using multiple accounts or coordinating with other Players to place arbitrage bets or exploit odds discrepancies.

10. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

10.1 Suspension by 35bmw

35bmw reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious or fraudulent activity, request from law enforcement, or technical or security concerns.

10.2 Account Closure by Player

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting 35bmw customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds from your Account. Any active bonuses will be forfeited. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened.

10.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon Account termination for violation of these Terms and Conditions, 35bmw may: void all pending bets and game rounds, forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings, withhold withdrawal of Real Money balances pending investigation, and report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.

10.4 Refund of Funds

If your Account is closed without violation of these Terms and Conditions, 35bmw will refund your Real Money balance minus any applicable fees or charges. Refunds will be processed using your original deposit method or an alternative method as agreed.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.1 Use at Own Risk

11.5 Force Majeure
